Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
- Manage all food safety and quality activities
- Follow all federal guidelines and manufacturing processes
- On site recall coordinator
- Key contact with all regulatory personnel
- Check in with plant and corporate management staff on regulatory issues and requests
- Responsible for food safety regarding all products and processes
- Responsible for all documentation
- Coordinate all program inspections
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years related experience
- HACCP certification
- Basic understanding of QA concepts and programs
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
- Basic knowledge of SPC
- Strong technical business writing skills
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Supervisor experience
